Cbweed Hemp Flour Bio seed is made with 100% Organic hemp from the Marche region, through stone grinding of the seeds. A flour containing a high amount of fibre and vegetable protein. It can be used in the preparation of dough for bread, pizza, desserts and other baked goods by replacing 8-10% of other varieties of flour. May contain traces of cereals with gluten.
